Come join us for our February meeting in Springfield. Lydia Anderson from PostPartum Support Virginia joining us to talk about maternal mental health. We hope to see you there!

Our meeting is free and open to the public, babies, children, partners, friends, and family members are always welcome!

 

Lydia's background: Lydia is a mom of 3 - an almost 10-year old son, 8-year old daughter and 3-year old son. All 3 of her babies were born via c-section; all with completely different stories. Lydia was diagnosed with postpartum depression after the birth of her third child. She was able to find help at Postpartum Support Virginia‘s Arlington support group.  After she recovered, she wanted to help new mothers in Prince William County find help and resources in their community.  An Arlington native and Virginia Tech graduate, Lydia is a small business owner who lives in Woodbridge with her family while also serving as the Director of Coalitions and Woodbridge Coordinator for Postpartum Support Virginia.
