Nationally, nearly 1 in 3 women give birth by cesarean.  Were you the 1 in 3?  While many local hospital cesarean rates are high, the District of Columbia is among the top 3 for VBAC rates in the nation with 22.07% of women having a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean).

Join us for the DC meeting location of ICAN of NOVA every month at the Southeast Neighborhood Library (across from Eastern Market Metro) to learn more about cesarean and VBAC options locally and to receive support. Whether you're trying to avoid a cesarean, plan a family-centered cesarean, or preparing for a VBAC, ICAN supports families as they work to advocate for themselves.

Come and go as you please.  Families welcome.
