Deciding if VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) is right for you? Then join International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) of NOVA chapter leaders at the Breastfeeding Center for Greater Washington on April 29 from 6-8pm for a class on the topic of VBAC. You will learn about the benefits for mothers and babies, take a closer look at the benefits and risks of repeat cesareans, learn strategies for labor and birth, discuss the psychological and emotional issues, and gain information on choosing a health care provider, birth location, and support team (like doulas!).
The class is by donation in honor of Cesarean Awareness Month (CAM) and proceeds will benefit the nonprofits ICAN of NOVA and the Breastfeeding Center. Register below today!
